Unfortunately I read somewhere that the project was cancelled due to being too expensive. That was like a year ago. So it will remain a "proof-of-concept".
I really like the trend of some companies using Trello for there public roadmaps. In fact, they just made a post about this very topic ;)

I still use Flash. It is easy to lay out, supports importing of Illustrator or Photoshop docs, so no time is sunk in exporting graphics that are just going to be used in prototype.
You also have the freedom to prototype different interactions, and even animations.

Sublime Text 2 is so old-school. I like Sublime Text 3 :P
