The first link is the kind of stuff I'm more interested in. Do you know any more such websites?
When I first read about this, it was on gizmodo, and I honestly wasn't sure if it was a parody.
So much better.
I like the concept quite a bit. Especially the integration with localtunnel. Makes life so much easier for me.
Can't say they didn't have it coming.
A lot of investors want you to have a pretty huge number of users already if they are to invest in your company. Your point might turn out to be true, but from where I'm standing, I can't see what vision they could have had even after holding my eyes open with prongs for hours on stretch. Its a app that lets you send Yo to someone. The founder says that people need it because it lets you send Yo to anyone in just two taps, compared to some 12 on SMS. On an iPhone, it'd only take me 4 taps, so I don't know where he got his figures from. And even if its true, tapping barely takes any energy. If people are going to be investing millions on this kind of crap just to save a few taps, then I'd have to say my faith in humanity has been lost.
Spot on! I tried freelancing a couple years ago, and this is what made me never want to go back.
From nature, and by looking at websites/products of design-oriented brands like Apple.

Awwwards looks nice, but I'm more interested in websites with reusable code snippets available, like http://codepen.io, http://codyhouse.co & http://tympanus.net/codrops/category/blueprints.
