I love Affinity Designer and Affinity Photo. The software is very intuitive and better than Adobe in many ways.
But, until there is 100% Smart Object Support, I won't be able to switch.
Currently, Smart Objects are Rasterized on Import. So, if you have any PSD Scene Mockups (Clothing, Merchandise, Devices, etc) — they will all be flattened when you open them in Affinity.
Cool, was looking for something just like this!
I've been wanting to use WebFlow to create my new portfolio site, and I could use some help getting started. Unfortunately, the price seems a little steep for my liking. Looks very thorough and thought-out though. Nicely done.
Damn, those are some next level stickers my man.
Yep, I noticed this morning as well. Thought I was tripping out. But, I'm really happy with the changes. Definitely makes the designs "pop" out a lot more.
I literally just did the same thing. Bought a new 15" with the Radeon 560 on Monday. Today they release new one with better CPU, Ram, and 560X. Going to return after I finish work.
Nested Text Styles are broken, so I'd say this is a valid thread. Don't update to Sketch 50 if you have an intricate library of Text Styles and Symbols.
I'm having the exact same problem. Not sure how this slipped through beta testing, but it's really annoying.
Does anyone have anymore Beta Keys? Would love to try it out.
Please shoot me an email at hello@paullapkin.com if you have one. Thanks guys!

Edit I spoke too soon. Affinity just added an update with Smart Object Support. Total game changer! I've been waiting for this feature FOREVER.
And — they are offering a 90-Day Free Trial to support Designers during COVID-19. What else is there to say? Love this company!
