Thanks Liz, I appreciated the article. Although I rarely get to a point where I question my career choice (I love what I do), I do face seasons of feeling stagnant - where I feel that I am the same designer, with the same skills I had a year ago and that I'll have not improved 5 years from now. This helped me to look more toward what I have achieved and the positive things I enjoy about what I do every day. Cheers.
The Dell ultrasharp is amazing. better than my thunderbolt display imo
I've bought a couple iPods. No issues. The only downside is you don't get the super neat unboxing experience you normally get with apple products (unless they do it differently these days). My refurb products came shrink wrapped in a regular cardboard box.

Yes, Affinity is awesome -> https://www.affinity.co/
Using the same color scheme in the logo, buttons, and illustrations removes all sense of hierarchy and my eyes had no idea where to go when I first landed on the page! That said, if the colors are adjusted things look pretty nice :)
The TWG logo makes it feel as though the bottom is being clipped. This actually happens in the real world often with mismatched SVG size vs viewbox size so it looks like someone just wrote some css wrong :(
Hiiiiiii Zach <3 When you going to invite some outsiders to your workshops ? Ahem
Awesome, this is refreshing to for me to see.
I've been paralyzed into not building a portfolio because I make a ton of random things and I'm not quite sure what I'm supposed to curate and publish. Its fun to see someone just put everything they enjoy out there for the world to see. I oughta get mine up and running sometime...
