Solid advices, also want to add couple more:

    1. Photoshop tend to run faster if your text layers are 'point text' instead of 'paragraph text'.

    2. Make sure the PSD file you are working on does not have any missing fonts/links. For some reason it also slows photoshop down.

    3. Hide layers/folders that you are not working on in big/long/complex PSDs. It might get annoying when you constantly toggle their visibility, but sometimes its worth it.

    4. Instead of apply layer styles (ex drop-shadow) to a folder, apply the styles to a single layer.

    5. Move layers instead of folder.

    6. I also disable Animated Zoom and Flick Panning in Preferences.

    Good Luck.

Nice typeface, but doesn't work very well on non retina screen. Not big fan of how the typography looks against the logo tho.

It looks pretty snappy in the video. I hope thats the case for the final release.

The visual looks very interesting and I like interesting looking site.

Not a big fan on the implementation of the 'opportunities' section. The job information will reset once you scroll pass them. I would either disable the scroll of the section switcher when user are viewing the job information, or disable the current job information reset when user scroll to the next section and make the sub navigation more obvious.
