Great options here... I'd probably would choose 1Password, but unfortunately they still don't have a good price policy for teams... Everybody have to buy the App, if you want the mobile version you have to pay again for the version... not so much affordable for everybody in the company.
I also find one extension, similar to LastPass, but more with more focus in sharing: mitro.co
I don't know yet how solid they are, but i will consider all the recommended options.
