Hey I'm with you. You dropped some great knowledge up there . The solution I propose in the article is what worked for us working with teams of varying skill level across a global organization. There is definitely still room to iterate. Thanks for the links.

I feel your pain. However, CSS Grid solves larger layout issues but you will still need flexbox for content organization. The solution in this article helps to reduce the cognitive overhead of flexbox. It's incredibly powerful but difficult to remember unless you're using it daily.

I'm doing a lot of work on typography and vertical rhythm right now for my framework. The move is an 8pt element grid and a 4pt baseline grid for our products. This is interesting. I'll take a look at this.

You are totally correct. What it really comes down to is a celebration of humanity. It's just a reminder to Americans in particular.

I've been using https://concepts.tophatch.com/ for sketching out UI mockups. It has a lot of awesome tools and runs pretty smooth. Nothing else can do vector as well as Concepts from what I've seen.

Hey this is awesome. I've been wanting to build something like this for myself. My only critique, I'd like to be able to select a column number. 12 columns is pretty standard but I do sometimes require a 10 column setup.

I'd love some feedback on this if anyone has any ideas!

"We'd like you to incorporate the stock photography we bought 10 years ago. We paid a lot for it then and the CEO really likes it."

Yellowish early computers and stacks of coins communicate a cutting edge company apparently.

I like the look of hr like other people have suggested. I'll have to try that out. Personally I use Harvest because the time tracking is good enough but the invoicing makes my life easy for freelancing.
