Hey Valentin, The difference is that Prisma works across any number of PSD files and synchronizes them automatically for you.
Additionally we will introduce team plans soon, so you can work together with other designers on big projects ;-)
Our longterm goal with Prisma is not only a Photoshop extension, but a complete color management platform that works across InDesign, Illustrator and possibly other programs. Hence the account and cloud synchronization!
Also it will be possible (very soon) to share your project colors with developers via an URL were we provide e.g. SASS variable declarations, ready to be used in your web design projects
Hey Robert, thanks for your feedback! Do you have any suggestions how it would be easier for you to integrate Prisma into your current workflow?
Prisma 1.0 just launched yesterday! You can download and use the extension 30 days for free and now you can save 20% off the standard price before April 30 :-)

I can only agree with you!
Since I gave up the hope that Adobe will improve the very basic workflows for us real-world designers, I even started the company Code Adventure to build extensions that fill some of these gaps. http://www.codeadventure.com
My first extension PRISMA introduces global color swatches for Photoshop that work across multiple PSD files. Its such a basic concept that should be supported by any serious graphic program. I have customers that tell me, they asked Adobe for years to implement this.
Thanks for your feedback!
Unlinking swatches is a feature that will come within the next week! Unfortunately there is no way around reloading the extension when reopening the panel ;-)

Hope this helps!
Yeah, thanks – I didn't find the time yet to update the video :-)
Hey Andy, could you resolve the issues?

Hey Marcos – thanks for the feedback! I am the developer of Prisma ;-)
Prisma is actually not just a global color swatch panel. It already supports synchronization of colors between multiple Photoshop documents, something that is not present in any Adobe product today.
You see, its just the beginning! I released Prisma so early because I figured that global color swatches for Photoshop are already useful for many people.

Have feedback?
Yeah, that's exactly why I started to build this for myself one year ago ;-)
