The CodePen example is a bit more impressive in that it doesn't use any pre-rendered frames for the animation.

Just use Normalize.css. OP's project is basically a fork of it without support for Safari and IE/Edge.

Dev Tools also comes with a bunch of presets for common viewports and you can add your own custom ones too.

I haven't experienced this issue myself when using Google Drive File Stream.
