At Old St Labs we were having some trouble focusing on our customers' needs. We kept finding that we weren't building the right stuff. Then we met Andy, and he's really helped us find out what we should be doing, and where we're falling short.

We're not looking for more advocates within our customers, and our craving for finding the people who really use and love our product has grown even stronger. It's hard to find these people when you're building software for the enterprise, but we're glad we did.

I like the aesthetic and layout, but I find the paragraphs moving and fading in distracting as I scroll. Perhaps you could have the effect once at page load?

I love the aesthetic, but the main problem I see is that the sleeves on the cups would totally obfuscate the entire design!

Really clear insights into how you work. Thanks for keeping us all in the loop.

A really good read on what it's like to launch an app, it seems very similar to my experience. I'd love to hear a follow-up on how well it did in a few months, if that's something you're open to, Devin.

Oh no, I completely mean it seriously. I definitely see the majority of my work moving to iOS, eventually. I do like OS X (I've made apps for it), but I just find iOS that much more of a pleasure to use.

As the platform matures, I'd like to see iOS devices fill out at the high end (I'm thinking a 24" or so table-top iPad Pro, like a light-table), and I'd like to see the professional grade design programs we need to get our work done come over to iOS. I think apps like Canvas coming over are a great first step, and I'm excited to see what the Sketch of iOS will be.

Really happy to see professional-quality design tools coming to iOS. I'm really looking forward to being able to do the vast majority of my work on iOS in the next couple of years.

Under "Performance" they literally have half the screen with a Windows app, and the second half with Finder. I can't believe this got through.

Just got hired as a designer in the UK through Hired. I honestly can't recommend it enough. My 'talent advocate' was responsive throughout, and more than happy to help out with any questions I had (their interface can be a little confusing and obfuscated). I'd be more than happy to answer any questions people have about Hired, or their process: hi at tpritc dot com.
