Sorry for the late reply myself. Yes - from my perspective (which is skewed) everyone is shifting to Redux. Once you grok it it is conceptually simple to work with. Less code, easily testable and a tiny dependency which you could even write yourself. Ping me on the reactiflux channels if you need help getting going.

Ah thank you very much, will do! I guess when you stare at the same thing over and over you don't notice these things.

PS - I highly recommend joining the reactiflux slack community and asking for help there when you need it. Feel free to ping my handle, jarsbe.

I've written a couple of articles that might help you. Here is a guide to React with a starter kit to get you going and here is an introduction to Flux, if your interested.

I'm working on ES6 versions too which will cover setting up Webpack.

You need to have an objective in mind! try dreaming up an interface and designing then coding it and getting all the interactions and animations just right. I wouldn't be concerned about making the code perfect, that just comes later with a bit more experience and knowledge. Good luck!

This is really nice! I'd love to see some animations in between page transitions. Is it isomorphic? You need to add keys to get rid of those pesky array iterator warnings.

I've been doing 'micro-consultation' (around 2-3 hours) getting folk up to speed with React, React Router, Flux + Redux, Webpack, isomorphism, Node and the surrounding eco-system. Thought I'd put the offer forward to the design community too.

If anybodies interested you can contact me through my website :)

I'm arriving in 1 month. Great what does your company do? Was it a good transition from Aussie to the UK? Cheers for the link.
