Influence by Robert Cialdini - Read chapter 2 on reciprocity. Can't recommend that enough.

Awesome. I use Pocketbook in Australia, similar concept. Will keep an eye on it.

There design before this was a lot more engaging through their branding. Seems like a huge step back.

Good product still though. Agree with earlier copy changes around privacy.

Invision uses screenflow for a lot of recording interactions. A lot easier than learning after effects by the looks of things.
