I'd also encourage you think about more about the typography, not the fonts but the way your type is laid out. I couldn't find any line-height declaration, anywhere on anything. That's important. For example, if you open the inspector in Chrome and on the body tag add "line-height: 1.5" you'll see how much nicer your portfolio detail page text looks and reads. :)
I know the flack I'm going to get because I'm using Safari, but the homepage and other parts of the site are pretty jacked up.
Looks good despite, and a welcome changed from the eyesores that are Jira and Confluence. Honestly though, if it's just a coat of paint, that won't fix UX issues both of products have.
You could use the site nav on that page. I had no way to get to your homepage. ;)
I think the OP is talking about when you hit a key and the video kinda tweaks out and goes weird(er). There's two videos playing, one over the other and the top video is hidden. When you hit a key, the top video is shown. Since the top video is super stylized, it feels like it's a filter on the "bottom" video. It's not. If you hit a key quickly, you'll see the same scene in the top video play for a little bit.
Well, that's my guess. I didn't build so I can't say for sure.
There was a Honda ad that did this a year or so ago, with a day and night version you could switch between. They've taken it down though.
Good stuff either way!

I'm a big fan of https://statamic.com. Super-duper customizable CMS and excellent control over the styling of pages and content.
