And they now have the funding to scale, so that would be why they are ramping up development.

This is super interesting. I'd love to get spec recommendations for each app.

This site feels like a pharmaceutical or political ad.

Did ya'll read the post? It's actually pretty good content that would help designers respond to feedback.

I've seen some things with Monteiro I don't like from an ideology standpoint, but like Adam says, he has some really good content for designers out there.

As for google reviews, they are all from 2 years ago, and I guarantee some of them are bs from people piling on.

This is not a revival. This is not a restoration.

    This is pretentious.

I wouldn't say absolutely. Version control is something design has been needing for a long time. It has been a fantastic add to my process. The way they integrate libraries is really awesome too.

The problem isn't that it needs to be easier to see. The problem is people aren't used to the icon yet, and they don't recognize it as Slack.

This will undoubtedly make it even more confusing as it looks like a photo app now.

A lot of the stuff they do they already do well. I wish they would focus on prototyping. That is probably the most underdeveloped feature on their app.
