How did you find folks for the Techies Project? Was it purely by submission? You have such a great range of subjects from those I've read about frequently to those that are flying farther under the radar. It's quite refreshing to see a project not stick to a traditional hierarchy of job titles and seniority in its presentation. Love seeing John Maeda in the same line as Emily Eifler.

For the interviews, did you stick with a structured set of questions or let it be more freeform?

Thanks for doing this AMA! I found Techies Project very inspiring. It's great to see folks who look like you and experience the same issues as you experience. It's a good reminder that tech isn't always so homogenous.

The Adirondacks are a state preserve, not technically a National or State park. Still would be very cool to see an ADK poster.
