Not really sure why are you promoting such dark pattern and making it sound like a good thing. Imagine everyone would do this. That’d start a World War. The low fidelity wireframe mockup images on the homepage are all nice and all, but... without screenshots of the real app, it's really not convincing to even click the "Try it for free" button. Also, the page looks quite unfinished without any thoughts behind anything. I get the MVP release and even minimalistic page, but this is less than minimal.

I like where these new tools are going. However, it's still just simple HTML/CSS code. You can't do funky code patterns nor generate the design specs in languages which do matter in mobile or desktop environment these days. Anyway, have my upvote as I agree with your thinking.

Creative. And definitely in a “think different” category.
