Thanks for the awesome feedback! The image editor is actually an integration with Aviary which some other people in our space use as well, however I don't think a lot of users realize how useful it could be in their emails so we gave it quite a bit of space in our marketing.
I would love to create a way for people to try it out before creating an account, hopefully we can do that in the future!

I made a standing desk out of found wood and pipes from home depot, it cost around $250 for the whole project.

It's been pretty awesome but I think for my next one I will do something more simple.
Ahhh I came across an interesting article on the issue. I have seen it used more in place of the hamburger style menu in more high profile spots though recently.

Sure thing! I guess I am asking what roles people have in their design departments and the structure of those. Like are they hierarchical or is there a more equal team approach.
