Seems like it's a pager model, but without an ability to tell where in the content you are. Google does it right in search results. People should just use pagers. Infinite scrolling is a terrible choice 95% of times. Basically it only makes sense when you target user's time spent, aka Facebook model. If you target an ability of the user to go through the content comfortably, then it's the worst possible solution.
