Very nice format, and great use of video. The transitions are a bit off, but it's a small thing.

Since when did it become acceptable to put a download link with barely any explanation as to what it is? My proverbial gears have been grinded.

As mentioned before, the design is obviously lacking, but more than that I feel like there is more potential here than just cataloguing products that fell flat and linking to the death post. I'd love to see this turn into a magazine that examines all the factors that went into a startup's failure, with interviews and independent expert analysis.
