A couple of months ago I decided it was time to revamp Working Nomads, so I went about gathering some feedback from our subscribers to see what they were looking for in the product. Hearing all this awesome feedback really inspired me to create a better product for them. I even learnt how to code in Rails to make 2.0 happen!

My advice to anyone thinking about learning how to code - don't be afraid. Start playing around with some sample rails apps, look around for tutorials, and see what you're capable of! You'll surprise yourself.

This looks promising! I've been on the lookout for a developer to team up with on a side project. How far off do you think you are from launching this?

To be honest, I've never had a good experience working with offshore developers. The quality has never been there. I'd much rather share something 50/50 and produce quality than go the cheaper route.
