Some years ago I've tried Design Lab. The good part is that you have a 1:1 mentor once a week to ask some question and help you through exercises. They have several courses such as UX research; Branding; UI design...

There's also the interaction design foundation, I don't have any experience on this platform but heard good things about it.

Design Lab is kind of expensive but the cool part is that you can talk to a mentor every week via skype for 1 hour. Since I was paying and was going to talk to a mentor I felt "obligated" to do my best, to have a critique of the work with my mentor.

Hey Athur, I was just wondering how everyone is doing at their companies. Where I work we've been doing it for a while, but we're still figuring out how to balance work hours and fatigue. After doing 2 to 3 sprints in a row we felt that it consumes a lot of energy of the team. Now we try to have 2 weeks of work with 1 week without sprints that helped a lot. Another thing that it's really hard here it's to recruit users, since our company is in Brazil Craig's list is not an option :(
