How was Design Matters? Was considering going this year.
Probably Amazon Drive and Microsoft OneDrive
I imagine many don't WANT to work remotely but are in situations where they can't move (family, finances, visas, etc..) + can't find local positions.
Also check out this collaborative doc (and add recommendations) of "women who work in, through, around and for design"
This is really nice; it's refreshing to see you included a diverse group of designers from different types of companies all over the world.
This. Reach out to local universities design departments with HCI programs (DePaul, U of Chicago, Northwestern, Illinois from a quick search), they always have students who are looking for internships. Also see if any bootcamp programs like General Assembly have any candidates.
This is really slick Luke; I like how succinct everything is. A bit of (unsolicited) feedback is: I'm not sure what the point of the 'Everything Else' section is, are these projects you've worked on that don't warrant a full case study? Whatever the case is, I would make them bigger and maybe add captions to give some context. It looks like some cool stuff but I can't really tell because some are tiny.
One bit of feedback from the sample resume is the company/school names are underlined so I would expect them to be links.
