By looking at the code, it seems an issue during exporting and/or minifying of the SVG as the entire drawing is just one path.

Probably no one noticed it because of the "native" small scale of the icon.

Well OSX handles hi-res monitors very well, there is a performance hit on some scalings, but you end up with crips text.

Been using for over a year now AOC U2777PQU.

    Pros:

    • IPS /w 100% sRGB
    • vesa mount
    • rotatable
    • small bezels, good choice for multi monitor setups
    • Under 500eur

    Cons:

    • Monitor controls slow and awkward (but once set up, no need to touch them)
    • Slow to start on (minor nuance)
    • Design
    • BAD built-in speakers (if you even care about it, I don't, but just sayin')

Hold your horses, changing the scaling of windows on OSX to make the UI bigger, as 4k UI is for ants. But it doesn't reduce the resolution, it does the opposite. OSX increases the resolution, It's a trick that makes bigger UI without compensating sharpness. If you take a screenshot on a 4k monitor with the relative scaling at middle, that ships with computers by default, the size of screenshot will be bigger then 4k, its called Resolution independence. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Resolution_independence#OS_X

Why run half resolution? OS X handles high-res monitors very nice, but for a comfortable experience a dedicated video card is required.

Since my job transferred from Windows to OSX. Love the power of unix in OSX, shortcuts, UI - for working feel way more productive. Still have a Windows 10 machine for gaming and a second OSX(hackintosh).
