Posted to A, Mar 24, 2017 Posted to Where to buy a nice WordPress theme that is not bloated?, Jan 10, 2017 I've yet to find a pre built theme that is not bloated... maybe if we go back like 6 years. Nowadays, themes are swiss army knifes and can even do your laundry. For this reason, I always start with a modified version of underscores that I've built (stripped down and bootstrapped with my SCSS framework) and helper PHP functions I always use.
