I think this is similar to doing evangelizing of UX in any organization. In the past my team has done a Brown Bag Lunch for UX design and research in general (so, not specifically user research), booking an auditorium, printing posters, and encouraging folks we directly work with to attend. We got a really good turn out and it just gave folks awareness of the organization and what we do.

Anyone? I'm curious to know. Unfortunately the pricing for these services is quite steep--so just want to get a sense from other designers if you've found it to be worth it.

Agreed. Omnigraffle's alignment feature has a similar behavior to your first description--the first one you select is the master object. If Sketch could do that I would be sooo happy.

Super nice. Totally thought the icon with the arrows pointing in opposite directions was supposed to reverse the colors. Maybe the button should be a blender icon :)
