With regards to PSD support, it sounds like you are asking for PSD export so that you can hand off a PSD as a final deliverable to a client, is that correct? I'd like to fully understand your use case to weigh it against the features we have in the works. What other deliverables go along with the PSD to clients?

The additional information will help us to understand the use case customers have better.

And, we are reviewing the various use cases people have to see how we can best solve them. Can you comment in the uservoice thread regarding what you need PSD import and export for? Our vision is that you would design in XD and bring in bitmaps and components from Photoshop. Therefore, the workflows we are looking to support are copy/paste as well as placement of things like smart objects through Creative Cloud libraries.

But, as mentioned by my other colleagues, we are reading people's feedback to review the features we are planning to build to see if they fit your needs.

Yes! We are working on scrolling for prototypes as we speak.

With regards to AI and PSD import, all of these design tools actually have very different file formats and therefore, it is hard to get everything to translate from one tool to another with perfect fidelity. With regards to copy/paste from Illustrator, there are a few things we know do not translate at the moment like bitmap images and drop shadows, but, we are working on getting this to work better.

We are still weighing the options of full import of PSD and AI and would like to know your use cases as getting this to work has possible implications on the performance of XD.
