I think Twist matches user's mental model better for organizing conversations, which email does well. So it's familiar layout helps.

I think Twist is a great start to addressing the issues that we have been experiencing with Slack. Competition is a great motivator to change. :)

Yeah, Slack took the conversations out of the email and Twist is bringing the email layout back.

Yeah. Maybe it looks good on a weekly report but like you said they are probably poor quality subscribes.
