What a nice site with just two colors and a single typeface! And the animations are great. I love the cowboy peanut and the bubblegum kid :)

Waldi is an evergreen! I didn't know 1984 Vučko, but it just became my favorite mascot

Hi Ecem, this looks great! Just one thing: the buttons "create a form" and "learn more" are not working in Firefox

I've used it that way and I really like the Hotjar's recording tool. In fact, not just the recordings but almost every Hotjar tool work much better than Freshamarketer's. But as I said, the forms are essential in my situation. I talked to the customer service when I tried Hotjar - they were very attentive and quick - and they explained me that they have not yet implemented that functionality, that's all.

Yes, I know, I've tried, but the platform I'm working at is full of forms, so it's the tool I need the most.Apart from that I really like Hotjar, but for now I have to use another alternative.

Hotjar is a great tool. I would love to use it at work, but it is impossible because the form analytics tool does not work on pages behind a login, which is a very common situation. I hope that one day it will have that functionality. At the moment I'm using Freshmarketer.

In general, I agree with the article, but I would like to put in context a couple of points. The first commented error in the article is the famous rule of three clicks. I think it's been a long time (years!), and many studies (including some by J. Nielsen) have shown that the important thing is a good Information Architecture, and not how many clicks the user has to do. On the other hand, I believe that consistency in colors and styles should be seen more as a good practice than as a rule. Of course it's important, and you need to respect it whenever possible. But it's also true that skipping this consistency can lead CTAs to a better conversion, or improve the emphasis on certain aspects of a website content.
