Totally agree. I understand why he's done it; as his article states:
"but accidental input was always an issue: I found it too easy to accidentally begin playing something that I was trying to rearrange, delete, or see info about."
For me, personally, this has never been an issue.
This is why I'd love it, if Adobe did a designer bundle similar in regard to the photography bundle they do. But, with Photoshop and Illustrator only.
Personally I don't use anything else in the rest of the full CC suite.

I find InVision is great for this, it keeps a copy of each screen revision which you can then browse using History mode. The only thing that's lacking is a way to tag old revisions.
This is truly some amazing technology. The numbers on this are damn impressive, 755 megapixel 40K resolution. It eats through 400GB of data every second. Just wow!
Kind of reminds me of HTML files created using Microsoft Word.
I absolutely adore Panic and what they stand for. They make the best stuff out there. So looking forward to Firewatch.

Some really good ideas there Arix. I have a thought about Post Badges too. I think they should work more like filters. I too get frustrated by the number of SHOW DN posts on the homepage. I do occasionally look at them, but only when they have a significant number of upvotes or comments.
If I could turn off certain badges that I'm not interested in, that would certainly go a long way to seeing just the content I care about.
