It's weird because until yesterday I had the opportunity to make something, but better something than nothing.
If you want to follow a designer from México ;)
Hello JD Hooge, Thanks for do this.
I'm a big fan of your work at INSTRUMENT, I love your philosophy and your projects.
I'm super interested in the begining of projects, how they start, how the projects born, can you tell us about how INSTRUMENT starts, how you decide to make an agency, how was the first days at Instrument, how do you get your first clients?
Thanks.
Can I ask why? You need your degree as something related to work or only for personal improvement.

Here's mine.
Hello Frank, I really admire your work and your words.
As a young designer student always I'm looking for the next step in my career; but I have this "gap" between my goals and my reality.
1.What was your first important project and how you did to achieve that ?
2.- What motivates you to start your own studio and how difficult was the process.
I really love Dragdis. Great work guys, the only thing that I can say is I love the idea of add the possibility to make "Collaborative Folders".
Here's mine, I think that it's very simple and basic but I have my most used windows: Swatches / Guide Guide / Character (and obviously Layers)

Hello Matt,
This isn't a question but I only want to mention how much inspiration you are for me and a lot of young designers.
I'm a Mexican designer who always had this issue "finding my way" as a designer, but unfortunately, In the process, I've met a lot of egocentric and toxic designers (designers that are so good in aesthetics but so poor as a person) and that pull me down.
But when I found your work and started following you; I began feeling motivated by you; you show us a lot about hard work, about being a super nice person and also be open with your work without neglect your personal life.
So thank you so much for being such a nice person.
But because this is an AMA I have a question for you:
How did you started in design? I love hearing that kind of stories
