Just incase you see Stuart's post as biased, I'm an ex-employee and I will still recommend Booking.com as a place to work.

I was a front-end developer working over at the mobile web team ( http://m.booking.com/ ) until March of this year. In my time there I don't think I saw anyone leave, but I definitely saw a lot of onboarding.

They were (are still, I guess!) growing at an amazing rate and the level of talent they were bringing in, in terms of designers and developers, was just incredible. The people care so much and are so passionate about what they are doing... it really was hard to leave that sort of environment.

The only reason I left was the one 'downside' I see of the job. I missed home too much, and couldn't settle down in Amsterdam.
