As far as I'm aware, neither have a built-in option for something like that.

I actually got the same feedback over on Product Hunt! It's definitely something I'll be looking at implementing soon.

Yeah I've been thinking about a follow-up to this for mobile! That's a little trickier, but definitely something I'm considering working on.

The sideways navigation is an attempt at de-emphasizing that content as it is not the primary focus of my portfolio. Just some add-ons that do or don't need to be explored by visitors. More of a stylistic decision than a design-best-practices concern.

And for the case studies, I found that I was delaying the release of the entire portfolio by struggling to complete the very long (but important and detailed) case studies sections. I chose to write up the short-hand versions for now while I work on the more in-depth case studies in the background. They are coming VERY soon though!
