I do like how Prototypes and Boards now sit together under Projects. However, I'd like to be able to "group" a set of prototypes and boards into client or project specific sections as you are suggesting.
I believe they are working on this, what we have now might be the first step.
Example structure:
Projects
Client A
Client B
Project Name
This is really exciting... Could solve so many problems for teams. Would love an invite!
I think if your building sites from the ground up and want to focus on creating something specific to the clients content & functionality needs Craft CMS is the way to go!
On the downside you don't get all the fancy built in stuff you can get from Wordpress or Joomla, the upside is your site will be streamlined as possible w/ no bloat.
For instance, there is no menu creation area in Craft CMS, you gotta build it yourself.
If you can wrap your head around PHP, Twig and are ok with reading the Craft Docs I'd say give it a whirl. You will get into trouble tho, so be prepared for some long nights of scouring their docs, just trying things, posting on the forum, etc and waiting or replies.
I'd suggest getting on the Craft G+ forum, I've had real good luck getting answers.
Also, one good thing to keep in mind is Craft is so flexible there are 100 ways to do 1 thing, it's really up to you on how you want to code it. You can also just run your static site on Craft, and then just integrate certain area's bit by bit.
For instance my first try at creating a Craft site was my portfolio: http://ryanbelisle.com
The whole site is static except for the Portfolio, Blog and Project grids.
My 2nd site developed was Corben Architecture: http://corben.com.au/
All in all I loved using Craft. But if your doing it for client projects I feel the site build is more on the expensive side because you really have to custom create everything instead of just installing Wordpress and everything is built in. Another upside is anyone that I've shown Craft too loves the simple interface.
Dame here Dave, I currently have been using Ember, but finding that when I want to share stuff with teammates, I'm at a lost.
There is Aspireboard: http://www.aspireboard.com/
Haven't played with it too much, but looks promising. In another post someone mentioned: https://dragdis.com/
Might give that a try.
Vincenzo, I'm actually revisiting this because I'm now hitting a road block w/ using Ember. Since it doesn't have any online collab tools, it really just lives on your machine. Trying to search for a good organization tool that I can at least share my inspiration for a certain project to team members.
I found Aspireboard: http://www.aspireboard.com/
Seems to be buggy tho. Have you come across any other tools?
I'd be curious as well. A one-stop visual shop to see anything visual output by your team, like a timeline of creative output.
I'm currently using Ember. I love the 'import to Ember' feature where you can right-click on any image and pull it right into Ember. Also it's great for capturing entire websites as 1 huge screenshot.
If you start using it, I'd advise you to tag all of your shots. Right now I have 1000's of shots I've grabbed over the years and nothing is tagged and it's tough to drill thru the inspiration you want.
What I'll usually do at the beginning of each project when I'm finding inspiration for my designs is create a new collection for the project and then just drag n drop the screens I like into the new collection.
I've looked into using online tools like Iceber.gs and some other ones but at the time most didn't have the screen capturing ability of Ember so I stuck with that.
Hope this helps!

I actually get this duplication issue sometimes in Sketch 42. It's random. I'll copy and paste a symbol w/ nested symbols and it duplicates all the symbols in the symbols page.
