I too took time to fully understand the icons... They eventually make sense as one draws relationships between content and icon.
However, I also think that tomato could use a little more apple, since that's what it's trying to convey.
Governor in Brooklyn has a nice and was a local favorite (http://www.governordumbo.com/). However there's two French restaurant websites in Paris that do a nice job of communicating the restaurant life and atmosphere which for me makes an immediate and impact full connection as a visitor. First, see Pierre Gagnaire's (http://www.pierre-gagnaire.com/) which uses audio to make that connection. Then see Guy Savoy's (http://www.guysavoy.com/), who's redesign isn't very good but who's old site ran the video still hosted on the landing page but filled to the entire background and air-played. It's a great video that takes people through the course of a day at the restaurant, most of which is normally unseen when one visits for dinner (etc.), and is used to build hype.
Also you can visit Art of the Menu (http://www.underconsideration.com/artofthemenu/) to see who's got nicely designed identities which could lead to some nice Restaurant websites!
Agree with all these guys. Justified alignment can work well when you have complete control over how the audience will be viewing/reading the content. I think it's also important to consider the context of the content. When its longer-form (multiple paragraphs) left aligned text has more of a visceral/emotional and psychologically pleasing effect, perhaps due to its relationship to hand written text which in natural situations could never be justified, and would run towards the right as far as one could go. ;)

Interesting to see the direction Facebook has taken with the design of its product page. Feels a lot like Apple with a twist of Google, but not much like what we're seeing from Facebook as of late. Which Facebook look do you prefer?
A few obvious no no's; early on the title CTA to Preorder pointed to an att.com 404, and interactions with the carousel to view hardware color options is awful. Details... details.
