That's not how you use literally

To get initial feedback from one country before releasing worldwide is common, not only big companies do this. In my experience it's usually a small-ish country though, and not the US.

Acceptable? Who decides what platform is acceptable to release on? You? As far as I know, Facebook is an independent company and have the freedom to release stuff on whatever platform they want.

It's ok to be upset if you don't get any cool apps on your Samsung or whatever though. Understandable.
