It was the best prototyping tool, but Design tools like Sketch and Figma were getting to them really fast. Its a bummer, but this news is making my choices easier.
I have used it along with Flinto and Principle and the only benefits over those, was being (mostly) free and browser supported. Otherwise Flinto and Principle had more powerful tools, consistent results and easier workflow.
Sad to see it go. Great product. But I don't think it garnered the attention it deserved.
Try ProtoPie instead. It already replaced Pixate before ;)
Does ProtoPie support text input fields, variables and logic?
Yes. And we're continuously improving ProtoPie ;)
I can vouch for ProtoPie. I think it has more features than Invision like the horizontal scroll for cards.
Well, another bites the dusto! Was it tested with user/designers that it's a solution designers wanted/needed?
Any ideas on the new platform? Have they given any hints!
