God damn that is a nice website.
Very much agreed! How did they create the graphics, I have seen a similar style 2D which I can make, but how did they create the 3D illustrations?
It can be done with Blender. Totally free open-sourced 3D modeling/rendering/animating. A real gem.
Cinema 4D :) But as Scott says, any 3d tool will do
Looks like a inverted version of Sketch's website...especially on the about page.
Wonderful design no less.
That massive cookie warning when you first hit the site is a real slap in the face. It hides pretty much all your key content right off the bat.
The icons and overall design is lovely but I'd definitely personally prefer to see even a just a snippet of what you're offering rather than reading about how you're shifting a paradigm and how you have a load of money in the bank. I think that would be a more compelling reason for me to sign up for news/access if I could see a little of what you're making for sure.
That aside, it's a nice site and as others have already said, the icons/models are neat!
Also - props on the perofrmance, 26 requests and 770kb first load. Very impressive!

I'd say that probably there's nothing much to show publicly just yet.
I'd be amazed if they couldn't cobble together a short demo video of some sort.
They must have pitched something to raise that finance - I just feel it would be nice to have that teaser rather than just seeing another highly polished and promise filled landing page :)
Yes, that's for sure ; )
If you read their funding announcement, the entire thing was barely an idea in January.
They pitched the Wunderlist team, not the product.
yeah, that was surprising to me as well. they don't seem to actually have a product yet, just founder pedigree.
oooooooow, can't wait for everyone to copy this icon style :D
tbh they weren't the first to use this style.. but first time i see it in a landing page in such an elegant way.

Website looks lovely but…I signed up under this CTA:
An open platform for presentations and content collaboration. Sign up to get early access.
but when I received the confirmation email it read:
Pitch Newsletter: Please Confirm Subscription
I was expecting to sign up for early access, not a newsletter, you might want to amend either the language on the website or in the confirmation email (I'm still unsure what I signed up for). Anyway, I'm glad you guys are working on this and look forward to trying the software.
It's the standard Mailchimp signup template. They needed a form service and probably spent a few minutes setting this up.
Posted this earlier but used the comment instead of the site link - Hence deleted the old one reposting with an actual link, sorry about that.
The site is nice and all, but I'm struggling to understand the product without visually seeing it.
Reminds me a lot of Framer website (https://framer.com/) —but those illustrations are great, specially the dog at the bottom!
Actually they have Koen Bok (CEO of Framer) on board with an investment. Perhaps he influenced a little :)
I like the Wunder-esque illustrations. So much personality! I wonder how long before it becomes untenable to maintain :P
Once you have characters modeled, textured it is easy to do super simple rigging and after that can be actually easier/faster to render new poses for new illustrations/animations than drawing everything in 2D
It's a really nice technique and someone deserve kudos for the simple but bold choice on that. Makes me curious to see if that innovation translates over to their product.
Hope it will not be sold after few years and stopped the development.
It absolutely will be. All those investors (9) who put together $19mil (!) will want a return on investment eventually...
There are options.
Love it!
hi Fabricio, the website is impressive, product feels interesting! Do you have any details on the features? A demo video?
Hey Karthik, right now we're running a closed alpha – We'll start sharing more details in the near future
Using Safari on an iPad Air 2 running iOS 12, there's a bit of horizontal scrolling. Is there a fixed width in there somewhere?
Looking into this, thanks for the heads up!
