How do you guys handle designer to designer handoff? For example, one of the designers takes a vacation. How do you hand over the files? How do you hand over the information about the project if this designer wasn't involved in the project before? How do you communicate between the team?

Do you use version control, Jira etc...?

Would be awesome to gain some feedback on this subject. Figma is doing a fantastic job in this area, but surely there are other ways teams handle this.
