    Weird title.

    The content of the blog post has nothing to do with "too much".

    The value of feedback is depends on its interpretation.

    That's what the article broadly covers.

    "Too much feedback" means you look at how to interpret it as a set of data points instead of as feature requests.

    Example / anecdote:

    We once got feedback saying "we need a radio button to hide this one column." Upon further investigation, the reason was that "this one column is confusing".

    We ended up renaming the page the column appeared on, adding a better intro paragraph and renaming the column.

    Feedback is as solid as your interpretation skills.
