I work for a consultancy, and pretty much 99% of our clients either don't have an established Design System or any design language to begin with.

Given my line of work, I have found that designers are only staffed for a short amount of time, and we are not given the space to really create even a "style guide" for many of our clients let alone a Design System.

I've been hearing so much buzz around building Design Systems at product companies, but has anyone ever sold a Design System to a client? If so, I would love to learn more about how your team did this.
