Best User Feedback Management tool ?

If anyone has a good experience with a tool ( paid or free ) for mapping and managing user feedback, please share. thanks

Check out www.productboard.com. Great tool for managing feedback. It can also be intergrated it with intercom

Aha is a roadmap tool that you might be able to coax into usefulness for managing user feedback. It has an ideas capture function. http://www.aha.io/product/features/ideas
