Good for you man. There's instagram and facebook if you want to brag about your new headphones and how you justify the cost. This is not even remotely design related.

Are you sure mr. 'veteran consultant'? I am a freelance designer and I got the exact same headphones yet I still see no value in your 150 word article.
But that's not the point is it - you are not here to help designers, but rather spam the forum hoping someone bites and clicks on your referral link so you earn a couple of bucks.
I'm sorry to hear your career is going so poorly that you'd resort to this so I'll assume you really need the money and back down.
