I'm trying to find some great examples of app promo videos.. interested to see how product teams tackle filming someone using a mobile whilst showing off the app's best features. So if anyone has some examples, I'd really appreciate a link :).

Sure thing, they make a lot of great videos. At least that's my opinion :D. What I like about the videos is the combination between real life situations, a narrative and shots of the Interface for one to get acquainted with.
Yes, they seem to hit the spot just right. Clearly found a good formula for making these promos.
