Great question! It gives you more control on how elements are pinned or aligned. Individual elements can be aligned too, which is impossible with the native feature unless you put it inside a group or a symbol. It has some neat shortcuts to transform your artboard too. I see myself combining both the native features with this plugin (unless Sketch starts offering more advanced options natively).
