This is a really great example of what can be done with color — I find myself often stuck with white or black backgrounds by default.
If only my clients liked purple as much as I do.
This website is lovely and simple.. But it leaves me wanting more! Maybe that's a good thing? - I'm now off to research Orbit, and who's behind it all.
EDIT: I knew I had seen this before.. It's Bakken & Baeck... No wonder the product is so damn excellent - these guys are phenomenal!
Really enjoyed the contact UX. When you are in a field and the name moves above the field. Nice move.

this is kind of off-topic, but how are we defining "artificial intelligence" at this point? natural language processing and response?
Much of AI in this context has been around interaction with people: when, why, and how. The processing of requests, once formed in an order computers can understand, is a simpler task.
Machine learning, by contrast, looks at finding connections in data where there wasn't before, and using that to add value to the content of the interaction.
At least, that's how I see it.
