Hey there! I am really interested in the development process of this site. Any key steps you guys took to dev and deploy? Is it static? Are you using some sort of framework and or generators?
Are those pants?
Is that Joust?
Hah. Glad someone recognises it.
Boxers.
I appreciate that.
I'd also like to know the development process here. Great site.
this might be the first major rebranding that was well received on DN.
They show different brands/apps in those device frames every time you refresh the site. Neat!!!
This is one of the best responsive sites I've ever seen. So so good.
I wish there was a resource for the devices they use for mockups. Love them.
So. Damn. Good.
And fast, too. It's crazy that even in 2016, a page load time can impress me... but here we are. Blew my hair back.
Glad you noticed! There's one or two things that could be a little bit better but, overall, it's a step in the right direction (there are no render-blocking scripts, no png/jpg, most svgs are minified and inlined, …).
Holy cow, I've never seen svgs used so extensively. Looks amazing and loads incredibly fast.
I love the colours... epic stuff
I really like Stripe websites iteration! My only gripes is it's hard to read. The typeface color is too light.
Gorgeous. Love the nav speech bubble effect, & the new look for the documentation is very slick too.
Kudos to the team! Any chance the dashboard is getting a redesign?
Great to see that the 'redesign' reaches through to the entire site. Really bugs me when companies introduce a new style but don't bother to change most of the pages deeper into their site. Well done!
Those images, icons .... hmm, killer UI
That's.. colourful.
This is one of the best redesigns i've seen so far. This is webdesign 2016. I love it.
Is something broken with the "navigation" along the top (Products/Devs/Company)? It doesn't seem to do anything but looks like it should.
(On Surface Pro / Chrome)
I have the same problem. I'm on a netbook with a touchscreen. It works only with touch, no mouse.
That's surprisingly poor development / testing :(
Design and build are both so well done. Great stuff.
They always outdo themselves. So good.
Do you know if this was done in-house?
Based on the rest of their work I'd assume so. Their work is amazing (check out their Dribbble if you haven't already).
All of their designers are top-notch.
Yep, according to this tweet, it was https://twitter.com/bdc/status/778351839683063808
Yup, entirely in-house. Watched them work on it for months.
