Love the honesty in your reflections :)
Thank you, Beatrice :)
I'm loving this series, keep it up! The art is great too.
I'm the curmudgeon who does all the sketches in his head and jumps straight to high-fidelity or even skip that and go to HTML/CSS. But really it is out of necessity of time and resources.
What I would give for a team large enough to do proper testing and exploration. Then again I often find a lot of these heavy processes lead to more perceived than actual value.

Don't feel bad about it, some people have weaker visualisation skills and need paper to form their thoughts. People with strong visualisation skills are only going to be slowed down by forcing themselves to draw things out just to appease this idea that it's an important part of the creative process.
"Just say it... users are stupid!" lol
Is the puppet thing for real or satire?
The line between productivity and workflow ideas you'd use at a startup and that you'd use for kindergarteners feels very thin. This and "standing up for meetings so meetings are short" comes to mind. Adults should be able to keep things concise or think of the end customer if told to.
Pablo you da man. Lovin it
Thank you, Kieran! I truly appreciate it.
Nice!!
"Hi, Frank."

Can't open the link, plz check it. :)
Isn't it problematic if all agencies and companies use pretty much the same process? Will this approach not lead to the similar outcomes?
