Seem pretty stable so far?
I have some weird issues with it. Still having an image cropping issue introduced with 39. Also weird stuff with aligning layers and zooming.
I'm having a problem naming pages & layers after the latest update, the names don't persist – they go back to the default names ("Page 1", "Shape") when I close and open the file: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/228089/bug.m4v
I've disabled all my plugins. Anyone else seeing this?
UPDATE: The problem resolved itself after I updated the Invision Craft panel.
I'm confused. Why did the versions go from 3.8.3 to 39.1? Shouldn't it be 3.9.1 with the decimal after the 3? Should be a 3 not 39. Seems like poor attention to detail on their part.
Thanks for the fact. What's your point?
They switched the numbering system when they moved to a new license approach. You can find some info here: https://blog.sketchapp.com/versioning-licensing-and-sketch-4-0-8ad98783e9ba
They changed how they are versioning Sketch to deemphasize major version releases, starting with 3.9/39. Instead of buying a major version, they want you to be able to jump in at any time and buy a year of updates.
I see. I think it's confusing and a bad decision on their part. I like the idea of major versions. Makes it feel like they have made a lot of progress. They couldve still offered a year of updates without changing the version numbering.
I think it's a good idea in the context of annual licensing. Simply counting updates gives non-technical customers a better sense of progress than major.minor.revision would.
