I like the principles that Google Material Design has teached us — but, the visual family looks off, the difference between the Headings, body text and button labels doesn't seem to relate to one another — also the implementation of the sticky header after scrolling past it doesn't look like it belongs there.
It's becoming hard to add much more than "nice implementation of material design rules" to Google's sites these days.
The system is solid and refined which is much needed but like the new Android site offered up yesterday, there's an obvious sameness to everything. Still quite like it though.
They can always work on the front end code. On Mobile Chrome (iOs) its quite buggy.
