I like the "Enable Middle Out Compression" radio button.

I enjoyed how far they have taken this. I love their word press site is the icing on the cake.

Silicon Valley is always right on the verge of annoying me with some of their tech details, but I understand that they have to keep it amusing for everyone, not just us startup geeks.

It really isn't clear to me what the fuck PiedPiper is supposed to be based on this UI? A Dropbox competitor with faster uploading and downloading due to amazing compression? That's it?

It seems like the core algorithm being licensed out to the services and people that could benefit from improved compression would be the most effective way of getting it out into the world. You don't even need a UI for that.

Whatever, it's a TV show, but this strikes me as equally as uninspiring as the box in the server farm.

reminded me of this another compression tool. These tools are usually complex to design, yet, it's feasible.
